Payment Policy

Payment methods available for an order are shown or confirmed by Heena Fancy Store at checkout. Depending on the order and store settings, this may include UPI or QR payment, payment at the store for pickup, or another method explicitly offered by the store.

Payment confirmation

Submitting a payment reference or screenshot is payment evidence for review; it does not by itself mark an order as paid. The store confirms payment after checking the reference and the amount received. An order may remain pending, advance pending, or partially paid until verification is complete.

Amount due

The checkout and order confirmation show the merchandise total, customization and wrapping charges, delivery fee where applicable, discount, total amount, advance due if any, and remaining balance. The store's persisted order confirmation is the authority if a browser display differs.

Safety

Never share a UPI PIN, card PIN, CVV, password, one-time password, or banking login with the store or anyone claiming to represent it. Use only the payment details and contact route provided through the store's current checkout or official Contact Us channel.

Payment problems

If money appears to have left your account but the order is not confirmed, contact the store with the order reference and payment reference. Do not make a duplicate payment unless the store asks you to after reviewing the first attempt. Any refund or reconciliation is handled after verification and under the applicable order policies.
