If you need to cancel an order, contact Heena Fancy Store as soon as possible with the order reference. A cancellation request is not complete until the store acknowledges it.
Before preparation starts
Where preparation has not started and the item can reasonably be cancelled, the store will review the request and confirm whether cancellation is accepted. Any refund of a verified payment will be handled under the Returns/Refund Policy and applicable law.
After preparation or customization starts
Customized, personalized, urgent, or specially procured products may not be cancellable after preparation or production has started because materials, files, and labour may already have been committed. The store will review the specific order rather than assuming that a cancellation is available.
Store-initiated changes
If Heena Fancy Store cannot fulfil an accepted order, we will contact the customer about an available alternative, revised timing, pickup or delivery arrangement, or any applicable refund of a verified payment.
No automatic cancellation
Not collecting an order, missing a delivery attempt, or leaving a payment request unanswered does not automatically cancel the order or determine a refund. Contact the store so the order can be reviewed and closed correctly.
